WNS gas-fired boilers are wetback fire-tube boilers with a two-pass or three-pass design. They use threaded flue tubes for heat transfer and install economizer and condenser on the tail, managing to achieve a thermal efficiency up to 98%.

SZS gas-fired steam boiler is "D" type chamber structure. Furnace is on right side and convection tube bundle is on the left. The proper is fixed on the basement by middle and both end flexible supports and make the boiler to expand horizontally to sideways.

The discharged ash residue has good activity and is easy to be comprehensive utilized without secondary ash residue pollution. The load adjustment range is large, and the low load can be reduced to about 30% of the full load.

And the heat transfer coefficient depends on the fluid, hydrodynamic and thermal conditions and also on the geometry under consideration. I'm not sure why the coefficient is negative though. Again as I mentioned in my earlier posts, the way you calculate the coefficient makes a whole lot of difference.
